Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA CCC’s or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required
• Experience working with school-aged children or pediatric clients highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based setting
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to progress evaluations, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to effectively integrate therapy strategies throughout the school day
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
