Anytime Fitness Dade City-  Part time and full time positions open, flexible schedule and training provided!!

Position Summary

Dynamic and results-driven fitness professional responsible for driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming, high-energy club environment. Plays a key role in member engagement, daily operations, and team collaboration to support overall club growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Growth

• Generate new membership sales through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and walk-ins

• Conduct club tours and present membership options confidently

• Build relationships with prospects and convert leads into long-term members

• Track sales metrics and meet or exceed monthly goals

Member Experience & Customer Service

• Deliver outstanding front-desk service and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Build positive relationships with members to increase retention

• Address questions, concerns, and service requests professionally

• Foster a supportive, motivating fitness environment

Administrative & Operational Duties

• Manage inbound/outbound calls, lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling

• Maintain accurate member records and sales documentation

• Process memberships, payments, and agreements

• Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach

Club Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and common areas

• Ensure sanitization standards are consistently upheld

• Support daily operational checklists to keep the facility member-ready

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with trainers and staff to support club goals

• Communicate effectively with management regarding sales performance and member feedback

• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and self-motivation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
