Press Machine Operator 2nd ShiftJoin a leading battery-components manufacturer as a Press Machine Operator. You'll receive on-the-job training and be part of a hands-on team dedicated to quality and efficiency. This role requires a quick learner who's committed to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesSet up machines for each production cycle (calibration, cleaning, etc.)Control and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal outputFeed materials or parts into machines and package finished goodsInspect parts using precision and measuring tools to ensure qualityTest machine operation at regular intervalsTroubleshoot and resolve machine issues during your shiftMaintain accurate activity logs and production recordsRequirementsStrong, verifiable work history—reliable attendance and performanceStrict adherence to health & safety regulations (constant use of protective gear)High attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent teamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina and strength (able to lift up to 40 lbs)High school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience preferredShift & ScheduleMonday–Wednesday: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday - WednesdayThursday 5:00 PM– 9:00PM or 5:00 AMOvertime mandatory as needed on Thursdays & FridaysBenefits (Upon Hire)Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Date of Hire)Health Reimbursement Arrangement & Flexible Spending Account401(k) & Profit SharingTuition Reimbursement ProgramPaid Vacation & 10 Paid HolidaysShort- & Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance
