This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to deepen their L&E practice while working in a team-oriented environment that values initiative and sound judgment. Job Details Responsibilities include:
Defending employers in labor and employment litigation involving:
Discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims
Wage and hour disputes
Wrongful termination matters
Non-compete and restrictive covenant enforcement
Drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, and discovery
Taking and defending depositions of parties and witnesses
Representing employers in mediations, hearings, and administrative proceedings
Advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws
Assisting with workplace investigations and policy development
Supporting trial preparation when matters proceed to trial Qualifications:
2–8 years of labor and employment litigation or advisory experience
Experience with federal and state employment laws (e.g., FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA)
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively
