A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join their team in Tampa, Florida. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in civil litigation, particularly in insurance defense, who are eager to advance their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.
Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in high-stakes situations.
Stay informed on case law and industry trends in Florida insurance litigation.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in insurance defense or related fields.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience in litigation and case management, including depositions and hearings.
