Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Full-time, 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $17-20 DOE, paid weekly
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for operating production and die-cutting presses while performing in-process visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and ready to learn.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for operating production and die-cutting presses while performing in-process visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and ready to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain 100% compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Operate production and die-cutting presses
- Perform visual, in-process inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain consistent quality control on all items produced
- Make recommendations to management regarding product and process improvements
- Assist with physical inventory as needed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
