We are looking for someone who fosters a safe and productive work environment, promotes continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations. In This Role, You Will: Ensure quality housekeeping, maintenance, and repair practices are followed for the property. Oversee daily operations, including all phases of maintenance for common areas (buildings, grounds), and manage external contractors to ensure compliance with company standards and maintenance agreements. Identify maintenance needs for common areas, solicit and review contractor bids. Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and discipline maintenance staff. Maintain roadways, parking areas, curbs, sidewalks, doors, furniture, restrooms, landscaping, floors, lighting, HVAC, stormwater management systems, and roof systems.
