Office Location Office 116 – Atlanta Market Report To Office: 1448 Woodmont Lane NW, Unit B Atlanta, GA 30318 Hiring throughout the Greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities. Important This position services the Atlanta market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Atlanta office. Job Snapshot Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000-$2000,000+ annually Pay Structure Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training Paid Training Provided Schedule Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel Local travel throughout the Atlanta market Experience No roofing experience required What You’ll Do As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion. Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach. Schedule and conduct residential property inspections. Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training. Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work. Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims. Manage customer relationships throughout the project. Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Self-motivated Competitive Coachable Professional Comfortable working independently Excellent communicators Goal-oriented Customer-focused Sales experience is helpful but not required. We'll teach you the roofing industry. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift equipment as needed Ability to work a Full-Time schedule Compensation & Benefits This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential. Compensation Weekly Pay Uncapped Commission First-Year Earnings: $50,000-$150,000+ Top performers regularly exceed this range.
