Learning and Development HR Coordinator II

Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Human Resources department, planning, organizing, and executing daily tasks. Handle complex team member–related data while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accuracy. Proactively improve HR processes and resources; employ problem‑solving strategies for inquiries. Maintain and update team member records in HR systems, support administration of HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company and legal regulations. Manage the HR ticketing system and inbox; respond to inquiries independently and seek escalation only when necessary. Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and related logistics. Own projects and process‑improvement initiatives; coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and handle logistics. Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision‑making; ask questions to understand processes, tools, and content; collaborate with senior HR and team members. Minimum Qualifications Typically 2+ years of related HR experience. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling team member–related data and information. Quick to pick up tasks and work with high accuracy. Team player who can support other HR teams. Experience using HR information systems, learning management systems, collaboration tools, or assessment and evaluation tools. Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and creative skills to address complex problems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced experience with HR software and systems such as Workday, SAP, JIRA, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging materials. Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, or other data‑management software. Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience automating HR processes and workflows using technical solutions. Compensation Pay Range: $23.98 – $32.99 per hour. Actual base compensation will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, education, experience, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
