Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met. This individual will coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external partners to keep projects moving efficiently from initiation through completion.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a combination of office work and time spent at project sites, providing a dynamic work environment with no two days being exactly the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all phases, from planning and execution to final completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing consistent communication throughout each project.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, vendors, and external business partners.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement timely solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
• Maintain organized project documentation, reports, approvals, and status updates.
• Track project budgets and support overall administrative and operational processes.
• Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Assist with final project reviews, documentation, and successful project closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to project locations as needed.
