Automotive Avenues LLC, New Jersey's largest independent used car dealership has an immediate opening for an experienced Auto Dealership Bookkeeper/Assistant Office Manager r. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified, experienced, and motivated individual who prefers the laid back, friendly atmosphere rarely found at a franchised dealership. Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required. We offer: Competitive salary to commensurate with experience. Paid vacation, personal, and sick days. Medical Job Responsibilities: Assist with the management of day to day accounting operations. Costing and posting deals to the general ledger. Responsible for various Accounts payable and receivable accounts. Reconciliation of schedules. Assist with management of financial internal controls.
