ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2016 after spending my entire career with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another agency for many years, gaining firsthand experience helping customers and learning what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused business.

I attended California State University, Northridge and am the proud parent of one son. Community involvement is a big part of who I am, and I enjoy supporting local youth sports teams, community events, and organizations that make a difference for local families.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Walkiria Zarei - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
