Job Description
Telehealth Nurse

Schedule

12-hour Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly.
Contract Weeks: 13.

Requirements

• 2+ years of telehealth experience.
• 1 year of previous travel experience required.
• Active state nursing license.
• ACLS, BLS certifications (AHA), and TNCC required.
• PALS or ENPC (Equivalency) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and remote monitoring using telehealth technologies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Assess patient needs and provide relevant education.
• Document patient interactions and care plans accurately.
• Float to partner facilities as necessary.

Compliance / Notes

Flu vaccine required during onboarding. Orientation will occur biweekly. Tele test will be administered on the first day as a pass/fail assessment. Study material will be provided at the time of assignment confirmation.
