Location: Houston, TX (Onsite – 4 days/week)
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager with strong Workday expertise to lead and deliver enterprise HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Workday projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical resources to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. The role involves overseeing data migration, system integration, risk management, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with Workday modules, strong understanding of HR systems, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are essential.
