Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing In-Home Sales Advisor to help homeowners solve drain and sewer issues through permanent pipe rehabilitation solutions including epoxy coating and CIPP lining. This is a consultative, lead-provided sales role with strong income potential.
What You'll Do
* Meet customers in-home following technician diagnosis
* Review camera footage and explain pipe conditions
* Present Good / Better / Best solutions
* Close same-day sales whenever possible
Close & Convert Opportunities
* Build trust and urgency using visuals
* Offer financing options
* Maintain high close rates on provided leads
Collaboration
* Work with drain technicians for smooth handoffs
* Communicate job scope with installation teams
Documentation & Follow-Up
* Enter estimates and notes in ServiceTitan
* Follow up on open estimates
Compensation & Opportunity
* Uncapped commission structure
* High earning potential ($100K-$200K+)

* In-home sales experience preferred
* Experience with high-ticket sales ($10K+)
