In-Home Remodeling Sales ConsultantAre You a Closer?

Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up of Charlotte is looking for an experienced in-home sales professional who knows how to build rapport, uncover customer needs, and consistently close deals.

We're not looking for someone who wants to learn sales. We're looking for someone who has already proven they can perform. If you're a top producer, a self-starter, and thrive in a performance-based environment, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners interested in remodeling their kitchens and bathrooms.
• Conduct in-home consultations.
• Build trust and guide clients through design and product options.
• Create and present proposals.
• Follow up and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first meeting through signed agreement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of success in in-home sales.
• Strong closing skills and the confidence to ask for the sale.
• Ability to build relationships quickly with homeowners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and highly competitive.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Experience in remodeling, home improvement, construction, flooring, windows, roofing, HVAC, or other high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Our compensation plan is designed to reward performance.

• Monthly sales quota is set at $100,000 per month and many consultants within our system achieve that consistently.
• Hitting quota generates approximately $8,000 per month in commissions .
• There is no cap on earnings .
• Double quota performance, which is achieved regularly by top performers across our system, generates approximately $16,000 per month in commissions .
