Senior Director Business Development

The Senior Director is a senior sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and account expansion while building a high-performance sales culture. This role serves as a critical connector between Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution at both the regional and enterprise level. The Senior Director acts as the “eyes and ears” of the organization, translating corporate strategy into site‑level execution while surfacing risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement insights. Key Responsibilities Own pipeline hygiene, accuracy, and overall forecast quality across assigned teams and accounts. Establish planning and execution around growth plan for IGC. Partner cross‑functionally to validate pipeline assumptions and address forecast risks. Drive collaboration across Sales, Recruiting, and Shared Services. Maintain daily touchpoints and weekly operating cadence. Act as escalation point for complex client, talent, or operational challenges. Lead MPS reviews, account planning, and opportunity prioritization. Identify white space, expansion, and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Industry Leaders. Coach teams toward consultative, long‑term client and internal partnerships. Build a strong, values‑driven sales culture that supports Oxford core values. Lead coaching workshops and sales meetings. Develop future sales leaders and succession pipeline. Site-Level External Presence Represent the company in strategic client meetings. Support site‑level visibility within the tech and business community. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Hold KPI standards for account management team and manage performance accordingly. Serve as eyes and ears for EVP leadership. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
