Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions with a maximum of 8 clients, promoting a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and support.

• Participate in case discussions with fellow clinicians to evaluate treatment efficacy and explore innovative treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to engage with clients and facilitate therapy sessions in a virtual setting.

• Monitor and assess client needs, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to foster positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is primarily focused on working with adolescents and young adults who face a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to build trusting relationships with clients as they navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Licensed as a mental health counselor (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in accordance with state regulations.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week in a contract role or 40 hours for those seeking a full-time W2 position.

• Commitment to professional development through continuing education and skill enhancement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually.
