In this role, you'll:Take the lead on daily maintenance duties and service requestsMake sure apartments are ready, comfortable, and well cared forKeep the property looking sharp, clean, and welcomingHandle general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and drywall workSupport, train, and guide the maintenance teamKeep up with preventative maintenance to avoid costly issuesMaintain a safe, respectful environment and uphold Fair Housing guidelinesRepresent Ironwood Apartments with professionalism and kindnessWhat You BringExperience in apartment maintenance and team supervisionHVAC Certification (Required)CPO Certification (Required)Strong communication and organizational skillsA steady, "let's figure it out" attitudeValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insuranceAbility to work Monday–Friday with rotating on-call weekends and some holidaysWe want you to feel supported, valued, and set up for success.
