Project Surveyor

What You’ll Do Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes. Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and deliver high‑quality results. Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards. Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients, serving as the trusted survey voice on the team. Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities. What You Bring A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center, turning data into accuracy and insight. Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred. Prior field crew experience is a plus – a full understanding of both sides of the process. LSIT or PLS certification desired; multi‑state licensure a plus. Pay Range $37–$47 per hour.
