Position Title: Project Coordinator Work Location: One Parkway, Deerfield, IL, 60015 Assignment Duration: 12 Months Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Arrangement: Hybrid Position Summary This role provides critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the HR Transformation program. Key Responsibilities Provide critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the HR Transformation program. Drive cross-functional alignment by managing meeting logistics, tracking deliverables, preparing communications, and maintaining detailed program documentation. Enable faster execution, improved accountability, and a more efficient transformation process. Qualification & Experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong background in both Workday and ServiceNow. Good to have: Power BI. Experienced in using dashboards to track and visualize project progress. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
