A bit about us:

We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Field teams on commercial re-roof and maintenance projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and wants to build a career in the roofing and construction industry.

• Support with scheduling, material procurement, and documentation for re-roof and maintenance projects
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth communication and efficient project flow
• Prepare and manage submittals, change orders, job logs, and closeout packages
• Track work orders, service requests, and warranty follow-ups
• Assist with estimating, proposal generation, and maintenance contract renewals as needed
• Maintain project records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

TPO | PVC | EPDM | Coatings | Built-Up Roofing (BUR) | Modified Bitumen | Metal Retrofit Systems

Job Details

• 2+ years of experience in construction or roofing coordination (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in Procore or similar project software a plus
• A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
• Desire to grow within a stable, reputable roofing contractor
