Hybrid Flex Schedule - 4 Days Onsite, 1 Work from Home (Must be Sitting in Nashville, TN)
Seeking an experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner to support rapid growth across its corporate organization. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across sales, marketing, and other business-focused functions.
The team is experiencing significant growth, with more than 30 new corporate openings planned, creating an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This role can be focused on full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or a blend of both depending on the candidate's background and strengths.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience preferred
- Recent experience recruiting for sales, marketing, business operations, or other corporate functions
- Strong experience managing high-volume hiring environments
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
