Litigation Associate

JUNIOR, MID LEVEL AND SENIOR COMPLEX COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEYS Premiere New York Litigation Boutique seeks commercial litigation associates with a minimum of 2+ years of solid complex state and federal commercial litigation experience with New York State and Federal Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidates will have a familiarity and experience with New York State (CPLR) and Federal Court (FRCP) practice as well as in drafting motions, pleadings, complaints, attending depositions, conferences and oral arguments. Excellent researching, drafting and independent thinking skills are essential.
