These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.  In this role, you will: Lead complex projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions.Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth.Lead and contribute to RFP responses, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, and client presentations.Partner with account leaders to develop account strategies and expand Centric's footprint within client organizations.Manage project governance, financials, risk, and overall engagement health.Mentor consulting team members and foster a culture of collaboration and delivery excellence.Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives.Who You Are: 10+ years of consulting, professional services, program management, or client advisory experience.Proven success leading client engagements and managing executive-level relationships.Experience with account management, delivery leadership, and proposal/RFP development.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree required; PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred.Total Rewards:  We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
