We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support a growing defense technology organization in Irvine, California. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing federal contract and subcontract activities, partnering with leadership and program teams to keep documentation, deliverables, and compliance obligations on track. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to advanced technology programs while building hands-on experience in a fast-moving government contracting environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full lifecycle of federal prime contracts and subcontracts, from initial award through final closeout activities.
• Prepare, revise, and organize contractual documents such as agreements, amendments, nondisclosure documents, and teaming arrangements.
• Monitor contract terms and customer flow-down obligations to help maintain adherence to applicable regulatory and company requirements.
• Assist with subcontract administration by supporting vendor coordination, bid activity, negotiations, and recordkeeping.
• Track milestones, reporting dates, and contractual deliverables to help ensure timely performance and compliance.
• Maintain accurate contract files, internal databases, and status reports for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with program managers and internal teams to address contract-related questions and support proposal development efforts.• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, with exposure to government contracts and subcontract management.
• Working knowledge of federal contracting standards and compliance requirements relevant to defense or aerospace environments.
• Experience reviewing and managing contractual documents, revisions, and supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic business setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in contract-related work.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations, bid support, and pricing coordination is preferred.
