Job Description: Contracts Associate The Contracts Associate is responsible for assisting in the development, negotiation, and management of contracts related to procurement activities. This role supports procurement strategies, optimizes the supplier base, and aims to meet savings targets while maintaining quality. Responsibilities include managing contract negotiations with vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and collaborating with legal teams for risk mitigation. Building strong relationships with key business units and decision makers is essential. The role also involves maintaining accurate contract records, monitoring compliance, resolving contract issues, and reviewing purchase requisitions for policy and budget adherence. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in vendor and procurement management 2+ years of experience in contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions Experience in developing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs manually Experience drafting various agreements such as SOW, MSA, DSA, and Amendments Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and ensure timely execution Additional Details: Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Legal Industries: Staffing and Recruiting, Retail Motor Vehicles #J-18808-Ljbffr
