LVN Medication Compliance Auditor — Regional Travel

Tallis, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our regional team as a Medication Compliance Nurse Auditor (Pharmacy Nurse). Reporting to the COO and Regional Clinical Director, you will evaluate medication administration practices across our skilled nursing facilities to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has an active LVN license, 2–3 years in long-term care, familiarity with federal/state pharmacy regulations and HIPAA, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Tallis, LLC
