Overview
Data Center Property Accountant — Boston, MA. Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). Salary: $85,000–$90,000 + 10% bonus + 100% paid benefits. Join one of the country’s top real estate investment firms with $40B+ in transactions across 30+ major markets. This is a high-visibility role supporting financial operations for stabilized and development-stage digital infrastructure assets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant billing, and bank reconciliations
- Track development costs and assist with construction draw requests
- Support budgets, CAM reconciliations, audits, and asset transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Real estate accounting background
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar software
- Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills
