Amplify Our Voice: Own our content strategy across platforms like LinkedIn and empower our leaders to become powerful external ambassadors. Champion Diverse Talent: Develop initiatives to attract specialized talent, including from the military community, ensuring our team reflects a wide range of experiences. Equip Our Crew for Success: Create the playbooks and training that enable our recruiters and hiring managers to represent Blue with excellence. Qualifications An experienced program manager (5+ years) with a background in employer brand, recruiting, or marketing. A natural builder who thrives on ambiguity and loves creating impactful programs from the ground up. A master collaborator who can align stakeholders from recruiters to executives.
