Senior Inspector, Pilot

Responsibilities
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of medical device components using specialized equipment
- Conduct functional testing of finished products with automated and manual valve testing equipment
- Review manufacturing documents and verify conformance with component and device drawings
- Train and coach lower-level employees and potentially fill in for lead inspector as needed
- Record device history information and enter data into manufacturing systems
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in electronics or medical device manufacturing
- Proficiency reading, comprehending, writing, and speaking English
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of manufacturing software
- Ability to use inspection tools including magnifying lamps, microscopes, and vision systems
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Experience with inspection procedures and quality management systems
Compensation: $51,000 - $70,000 base
