Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Schedule: Mon–Thu 9:30 AM–6:00 PM; Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements:

• License: Physical Therapist (licensed or eligible)
• Clinical focus: orthopedic rehabilitation preferred; geriatric and neuro rehabilitation acceptable
• Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience will be considered
• EMR: Experience with Epic charting system

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Implement and oversee therapy programs to optimize patient recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness activities.

Compliance / Notes:

• Submission requirements: SSN, DOB, and RTO must be included at time of submission.
• Candidate must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
• Pre-start modules required (average ~16 hours).
• Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities.
