We are hiring a high-energy, positive, and driven Recruiter to join our Knoxville team and help us find the people who will fuel our continued expansion across the country.

This person will often be the first interaction a candidate has with Aspen Bravo , so attitude, energy, professionalism, and communication are extremely important. We’re looking for someone who can make a great first impression, connect naturally with people, and get candidates excited about the opportunities we’re building.

You’ll be responsible for generating applicant flow through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, other job boards, career fairs, community outreach, and recruiting partnerships , while conducting initial screening interviews and moving qualified candidates through our hiring process.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Knoxville, TN. This is not a remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Create, post, and manage recruiting ads across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards
• Review applicants and conduct initial screening interviews
• Create an energetic, professional, and positive first impression for every candidate
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and consistent follow-up
• Coordinate qualified candidates with company leadership for next-step interviews
• Attend career fairs, job fairs, and recruiting events throughout the surrounding area
• Develop relationships with colleges, organizations, community groups, and other potential recruiting partners
• Build community outreach partnerships that create long-term recruiting pipelines
• Track recruiting activity, applicant flow, interviews, and hiring results
• Communicate closely with company leadership and the rest of the team on recruiting priorities and current needs

• Able to work in-office in Knoxville Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Preferred

• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other job boards
• Sales, high-volume recruiting, or interviewing experience
• Community outreach, networking, or partnership-development experience
• Experience recruiting sales or commission-based professionals
