The position starts at up to $18.25 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, address issues to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth hand‑over. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping their assigned departments reach goals. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be team players with a flexible schedule, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and must be 18 years or older to be a manager at a corporate‑owned restaurant.
