Requirements: Multi-tasking in very fast-pacedenvironment, with professional and friendly demeanor Knowledge of Automotive Parts is a plus Face to Face Customer Service 1 year Administrative and OrganizationalSkills, Pay attention to Detail Experience as Automotive service Advisor is Huge Plus Valid Drivers License and pass drug Screening Responsibilities: This is arguably the most important position in our dealership. You are the communication bridge between our service team and the customer. You lead the complicated process of assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions, verifying coverage, preparing estimates, and verifying completion of repairs and maintenance.
