- Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that patients remain on their path to recovery.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and financially supported.
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
