High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in business or related fieldpreferred. One year of administrative or clerical experience preferred. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Demonstrated strong keyboarding knowledge and ability. Demonstrated moderate knowledge of basic computer skills. Must be customer service oriented.
