Serves as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries, escalating complex or specialized issues to HR Leadership and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as appropriate. Additionally, coordinates and implements system-wide HR initiatives as directed by HR leadership.Responsibilities:Essential FunctionsPrimary HR Support & Issue Escalation (40%)Serve as the initial point of contact for general HR inquiries and guidance. Direct employees to HR leadership and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for specialized support. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR leadership to ensure timely and effective resolution.HR Program Delivery & Communication (20%)Facilitate the delivery, coordination, and support of HR initiatives, programs, and services. Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional departments to implement system-wide efforts such as employee engagement, wellness, performance management, and professional development programs. Ensure consistent communication and understanding of these initiatives.HR Process Administration & Employee Experience (20%)Assist in administering HR systems and processes including onboarding, orientation, employee surveys, stay and exit interviews, recognition programs, and other engagement-related activities to enhance the employee experience.Community Engagement & Talent Outreach (10%)Promote NMHS as an employer of choice through outreach and engagement initiatives. Represent the organization at job fairs, university events, and networking functions.
