EHS/HR Administrative AssistantPay rate #####
Agency Bill rate #####
Hours: 7AM-4PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; Thursdays (6AM-3PM)
There is potential OT depending on administrative projects
• Conduct pre-entry temperature screenings of Eaton site employees, contingent workers and/or visitors using manufacturers operating instructions
• Greet all visitors with upmost professionalism. Ensure they all sign in and complete their temperature screening
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to the right representative
• Performing EHS inspections
• Assisting EHS Manager on scorecard
• Facilitating and coordinating EHS Training
• Inputting and updating EHS data/information
• Filing for EHS and HR Team
• Organizing HR and EHS events
• Providing Assistance to employees on EHS and HR related tasks
• Coordinating Interviews and New Hire Orientation
• Scheduling Plant Wide Meetings and other meetings
• Performing light phone screens
• Facilitating New Hire Process
• Ensuring your office area is always organized and 5s
• Provide assistance and support to other managers
• Additional tasks will be provided when needed
Basic Requirements:
• Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of applicable protective equipment when necessary to prevent exposure to potentially infectious agents
• Problem solver and thinks creatively
• Strong Interpersonal Skills with all Communication mediums
• General computer literacy and proficiency required
• HS Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Preferred Requirements:
• Associates Degree in Business
• Previous Administrative roles (2 years of experience)
