Temporary HR Generalist Immediate Need Omaha If you’re an HR professional who enjoys keeping the hiring process organized, supporting candidates and managers, and jumping in wherever the team needs you, this could be a great short-term opportunity. Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to provide temporary support to an established HR team during an employee leave. This is a great fit for someone with 1–2 years of HR experience who can step in quickly, manage the administrative side of recruiting and onboarding, and help keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Do Post open positions and assist with recruiting administration Review and route applicants to the appropriate hiring managers Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication Conduct follow-up calls and help candidates move through the hiring process Support new-hire onboarding, including background checks and related paperwork Provide general administrative support to HR team members Assist with additional HR projects and priorities as needed What They’re Looking For 1–2 years of HR, recruiting, or related human resources experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable communicating with candidates and hiring managers Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details Professional, dependable, and willing to pitch in where needed Industry experience is not required Position Details Temporary assignment expected to run through approximately the end of October Immediate need No interviewing responsibilities required This is an excellent opportunity to build additional hands-on HR experience while joining a collaborative team that needs someone who can make an immediate impact.
