About the Opportunity

An exciting new hospitality concept is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, build a team, and drive business performance from the ground up.


This is an opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who is ready to take full ownership of a business. You'll oversee daily operations, financial performance, team development, guest experience, and operational excellence while working closely with ownership to bring a unique guest-focused concept to life.

This role is ideal for someone who has progressed through restaurant, bar, or hospitality management and is ready to take full responsibility for a location's success.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Financial Management

• Manage the full profit and loss statement, including sales, labor, cost of goods, and controllable expenses.
• Oversee purchasing and vendor relationships while maintaining strong cost controls.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular business reviews and implement corrective action plans when needed.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Create schedules that support business needs while controlling labor costs.
• Establish and maintain high service standards.
• Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, growth, and guest satisfaction.

Beverage & Food Operations

• Execute beverage and food programs with consistency and attention to quality.
• Ensure compliance with all health, food safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Monitor menu performance, product costing, and operational execution.
• Support continuous improvement of offerings and guest experience.

Guest Experience

• Create a welcoming environment that delivers memorable guest experiences.
• Address guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Monitor online reputation and guest feedback.
• Ensure operational and service standards are consistently met.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with all company policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure workplace safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
• Verify all required team certifications and training remain current.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hospitality, restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Proven success hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
• Comfortable working alongside the team during service and leading from the front.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• A hospitality-first mindset with a passion for creating great guest experiences.
• Alcohol service and food safety certifications, or the ability to obtain them.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $58,000-$68,000 , depending on experience.
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunity.
