Senior Tax Manager

Job Description The Senior Tax Manager will take the lead in ensuring flawless federal & state compliance for qualified settlement funds (QSFs), partnering closely with our client's India-based tax team to deliver accurate 1099s, tax returns, & estimated payments. This role is hands-on & high-impact, driving resolutions directly with the IRS, navigating complex tax requirements, & applying deep expertise in U.S. federal tax law. You'll also jump in on additional tax & accounting projects, making this a critical role for someone ready to own compliance from end to end. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. 6+ years' Federal tax compliance experience is required. Strong 468B Trusts tax compliance & multi-unit tax compliance experience is a plus. Proven experience successfully managing projects to completion. 2+ years' experience working directly with the IRS to resolve tax issues. Strong accounting background with experience completing complex reconciliations. 2+ years' experience monitoring regulation updates & implementing related changes.
