Accounting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for reviewing customer incentives, preparing reports, and reconciling data to ensure accuracy in our credit accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Review short‑term (S/T) incentives for customers, including requesting and printing reports, creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and reconciling incentive data. Calculate incentive results and ensure accurate reporting. Generate GSCM reports for incentives and input related data into Excel sheets. Match incentive data to customer‑reported sales and investigate any discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and provide clarifications as needed. Maintain organized records of all incentive and reconciliation activities. Assist with other credit accounting duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, reconciliation, and report creation. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, supply chain, or similar. Strong attention to accuracy and detail in handling financial data. Effective problem‑solving abilities with a focus on identifying and resolving discrepancies. Solid written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Ability to handle competing priorities and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment. Prior experience in accounting, finance, or related discipline is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
