Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
- Verify quality control items such as weights, fats, pH, ingredients, etc.
- Understand and ensure proper temperature/cooling for processing.
- C.I.P. all equipment throughout the department.
- Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats.
- Operate all process room equipment at an efficient level to fulfill production needs.
- Responsible for minor maintenance and equipment adjustments.
- Relief operation of the margarine system as needed.
- Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.
Work Schedule: 2nd shift/Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and every third weekend 11:00 pm to 5:00 am .
Compensation:
Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00/hour to $29.21/hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium. Education, experience, and relevant qualifications will be taken into consideration
