Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
• Verify quality control items such as weights, fats, pH, ingredients, etc.
• Understand and ensure proper temperature/cooling for processing.
• C.I.P. all equipment throughout the department.
• Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats.
• Operate all process room equipment at an efficient level to fulfill production needs.
• Responsible for minor maintenance and equipment adjustments.
• Relief operation of the margarine system as needed.
• Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.

Work Schedule: 2nd shift/Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and every third weekend 11:00 pm to 5:00 am . 

Compensation:

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00/hour to $29.21/hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium. Education, experience, and relevant qualifications will be taken into consideration
