Business Development Representative (BDR) - New York, NY

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a BDR to join our team of BDRs in NYC to accelerate that growth by starting sales conversations with senior leaders at the world’s most influential companies. At Big Think+, we’re helping develop leaders and transform culture at companies like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, Marriott, Bank of America, and Tory Burch. We’ve created over 1,700 video-based lessons that feature more F500 execs, Ivy League academics, and best-selling authors than any other leadership solution on the market.What you’ll do
- Open doors at iconic companies – Run creative, thoughtful outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to book sales meetings with senior executives.
- Learn how consultative selling works – Research companies, identify the right stakeholders, and build tailored outbound strategies – not spammy email blasts.
- Work closely with experienced sales leaders – Collaborate with a sales director and leadership to get coaching and see how deals move through a sales pipeline.

What you’ll need
- You’re competitive, driven, and motivated by hitting goals
- 1-2 years of sales outreach experience a plus
- You have a can-do, entrepreneurial mindset and are excited by sales
- You communicate clearly and confidently (written and verbal)
- You’re organized, curious, creative, and thoughtful
This is an in-person position in Manhattan with flexibility to periodically work from home.
Salary: $55,000/year base salary, $80,000/year On-Target Earnings including monthly bonus potential.
