As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Denver, CO, Birmingham, AL, Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, or Strongsville, OH.What we're looking for:- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for assigned applications, providing technical leadership and representing application capabilities, risks, and priorities to business and technology stakeholders.- Lead the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications built on Java, leveraging Oracle databases, SQL, and ETL processes to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.- Monitor application health and operational performance using tools such as Dynatrace, proactively identifying issues, driving root cause analysis, and implementing preventive solutions.- Partner with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to troubleshoot complex production issues, validate integrations, and support end-to-end application stability.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
