Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold high standards of practice.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant stakeholders, such as community partners and state agencies, enhancing integrated care efforts.

• Facilitate effective communication with clients and community organizations to promote agency programs and increase the reach of our services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and organizations to promote our programs, explore collaboration opportunities, and enhance funding prospects.

• Engage in professional development activities, including conferences and training, to continuously improve clinical skills and represent the agency in community forums.

• Uphold and distribute the agency's mission, values, and philosophy while performing other responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will serve include a diverse group of clients facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. You will play a critical role in addressing their unique needs through compassionate care that fosters resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory for this role.

• Must possess a current LMHC License issued by the state board.
