Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to enhance clients’ mental health and emotional resilience.

• Facilitate discussions around clients' emotions and experiences to promote self-awareness and healthier relationships.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them set, pursue, and achieve personal and therapeutic goals.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize their outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work exclusively with pre-screened, stable adult clients who present low acuity issues. There are no severe mental health cases involved, allowing you to focus on providing impactful, therapeutic support. We carefully match you with clients that align with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a more fulfilling therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active, full licensure to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated ability to make comprehensive evaluations and formulate effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
