Our full-time Admissions and Assessment team is dedicated to supporting our clinicians, which allows you the freedom to concentrate fully on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional mental health counseling services to our adolescent and young adult clients through remote teletherapy. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions that promote emotional well-being and foster personal development.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared experiences, adhering to a structured schedule to maximize client engagement.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address specific client challenges and goals.
\n
• Participating in comprehensive case discussions and supervisory meetings to enhance clinical knowledge and collaborative care.

• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational protocols.

• Leveraging technology and cloud-based communication systems to conduct sessions and maintain communication with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client focus includes adolescents and young adults grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, substance use, and suicidal thoughts. By limiting group sizes to a maximum of 8 clients, we ensure that our clinicians can engage deeply and effectively with each client, promoting sustainable healing through individualized attention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Current independent licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT is preferred; however, we do offer supervision for junior-licensed clinicians.

• Availability of 12 to 40 hours per week, based on position type (1099 contractor or W2 employee).
\n
• Ability to consistently participate in scheduled therapy sessions, with flexibility to meet clients' needs, including some evening and weekend availability.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience working with adolescent and young adult populations, familiarity with telehealth practices, and a strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities will enhance your application. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are crucial for contributing effectively to our team dynamic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, we provide all clinicians with access to free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to fulfill licensing requirements and pursue professional development interests.
