Sales Team Liaison - On Premise Support Staff

Specs On-Premise Distribution is in search of dynamic, energetic; guest focused candidates to join our wholesale team as a Wholesale Sales Team Liaison whom are willing to go the extra mile and provide exceptional service to our customers and team members.This position requires that you be able to multi-task, be able to follow up and follow through with the questions asked and tasks given and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions at a time.The Warehouse Liaison Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Communication between the warehouse and sales repsResearching any QOH issue and help make sure we fill our customers ordersTransferring any United/WD items that may be neededAssisting on special orders and opening ordersDay to day tasks include, but are not limited to:Answering emails, calls or texts concerning items outed on invoices that show Quantity on handReadying wine and ice samples for sales repsReceiving transfersAnswering questions about ETA on deliveriesConstantly in communication with management and department heads about missing product and possible solutionsTaking delivery of special order items and making sure they get to the correct accountThe IDEAL Candidate will be:Able to multi-taskHave good phone skills/etiquette.Have basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn.Have open availability for required shiftsORGANIZEDCustomer Service OrientedProfessionalThe candidate for this position must be highly motivated, team-oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills.
